SB / Terms

Simple tools need plain terms.

Last updated 7 October 2026. These terms cover the OneSite.to page builder, commerce tools, CRM exports, custom domains and Hall pages.

01

Selling fees

When OneSite.to arranges the payment, Free accounts pay 4.5% plus 20p on each sale, Pro accounts pay 3% plus 20p and Pro+ accounts pay 1.5% plus 20p. For UK cards this includes the card processing fee, which Stripe takes from the sale; OneSite.to keeps the rest. Cards from outside the UK cost more to process, and Stripe's extra charge is passed on. The fee is set by the plan the account is on when the sale is made. Accounts with a fee-free code pay only Stripe's own processing fee.

02

Getting paid

When OneSite.to arranges the payment, sales are paid into a Stripe account set up for you through OneSite.to. Stripe, our payment partner, holds your sales and pays them into your bank. You create a Stripe login, and Stripe asks for your name, date of birth, address and bank details to confirm who you are, as the law requires. Sign in to Stripe to see your balance, payouts and bank details. Your Stripe account is also covered by Stripe's own terms. OneSite.to never holds your money. Refunds you give return OneSite.to's fee in proportion.

03

Direct Stripe

Pro and Pro+ users may connect their own Stripe account. No OneSite.to platform fee applies to those sales. If the plan ends, products already selling through your own Stripe account keep working, and the Free fee applies to those sales: 4.5% plus 20p, including the card processing fee for UK cards, which your Stripe account charges you directly. When a product uses direct Stripe checkout, buyer funds, payouts, refunds and disputes are handled through that connected Stripe account.

04

Listings

You are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, delivery, refunds, taxes, customer support, stock, licences, rights and any local rules that apply to what you sell.

05

Affiliate links and Hall pages

Affiliate or brand links must be honest and clearly disclosed. OneSite.to may remove listings, pause tracking or restrict Hall pages that mislead buyers or inflate metrics.

06

CRM and contacts

Contacts collected through OneSite.to must have a valid consent basis. You are responsible for exports, email use, unsubscribe handling and privacy-law compliance.

07

Custom domains

You are responsible for domain ownership, DNS changes, renewals and third-party registrar terms. OneSite.to can help route domains but cannot guarantee external registrar availability. A domain you connect stays connected if your Pro or Pro+ plan ends.

08

Abuse prevention

OneSite.to may rate-limit, dedupe, ignore or mark suspicious repeated clicks, bot traffic, fake signups, abusive redirects or attempts to manipulate analytics.
